Flux Schnell ("schnell" = fast in German) is Black Forest Labs' speed-optimized text-to-image model. It's distilled from the larger Flux.1 family to generate in roughly 1–2 seconds per image, at a fraction of the compute cost of its siblings.
On Visina AI, Flux Schnell is the cheapest model in the lineup — one credit per image. It's the right default for brainstorming and rapid ideation before you commit credits to a higher-fidelity model.
