Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial credit pack purchase on Visina AI, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Zero credits used. No credits from the purchased pack have been consumed for any generation (images, videos, grids, or any other feature). Once you use even a single credit, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • First purchase only. Refunds apply exclusively to your very first credit pack purchase on Visina AI. All subsequent purchases, top-ups, or additional credit packs are final and non-refundable.
  • Within 3 days. The refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. Service Fee

Where legally permitted, a service fee of up to 6% of the original purchase amount may be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@visina.ai within 3 days of your purchase with your order details (email address used, date of purchase, and payment confirmation). We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Any credit pack where one or more credits have been used
  • Any purchase after your first credit pack (second, third, or subsequent packs)
  • Top-up credit packs
  • Purchases where the 3-day refund window has expired

5. Failed Generations — Credit Restoration

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed by that generation are automatically restored to your account balance. This is an internal credit restoration, not a monetary refund. If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted or a restoration did not apply, please contact us at support@visina.ai within 7 days of the affected generation and we will investigate.

6. Credit Validity

Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Every new purchase or top-up extends your entire credit balance for a further 30 days from the date of that purchase — so active users do not lose credits. Credits remaining after the 30-day window has elapsed without a new purchase are forfeited and are not refundable.

7. No Subscriptions — No Cancellations

Visina AI sells one-time credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. There is no subscription to cancel. Once a credit pack has been purchased, the transaction is subject to the refund conditions described above.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
